Mystic Water

Water was done by Ocean-bule added with few bright-blue colour of "dust pencils". I spent some time smuggling and it pay off well. 
White Feather's "element" is "Quara(Water)". The gentle element.
Oriental dragons and water always come together.
White Feather the water ghost dragon belongs to me, all mine!
